So, my Hairspray comic begins!

My elder sister, :iconradiosaturday: says that it's a good strong opening and I rather agree with her. :D

For the bottom panel: I rather wanted to fill it with a background but I couldn't quite figure out what to show. Again, though, my elder sister says it works anyway.

The top left panel (hoorah! I've figured my right from left!) that's supposed to be his dream, incase there was some confusion.

The writing is by me.
As is the art.
Inking is by me.
Shading is by me.
Hairspray now belongs to NewLine but also John Waters, Mark Shaiman, and Scott Wittman (sp? ) --I love you guys! (well, not John Waters... but anyway...)

I based Corny off of the James Marsden portrayal... partly because I like James Marsden but also because I don't think it would be as funny any other way. :D
