About this picture:

Two things.
1-- What do you think?
2-- I was considering doing a full calendar with illustrations like this. If I did, would you buy it?

P.s.: A combination of Norman Rockwell paintings, The Iron Giant and Down with Love inspired me to go for this style. I drew it while watching the John Adams miniseries.

Ahh, I really like this c: Using markers for the lines too adds this whole new level of awesome.
Expression and posings are all brilliant too :D

Thanks! :D Yeah, I just started doing that, it really gives it a bit more depth and such methinks.

I absolutely have to have a line, 'cause otherwise I feel it's too messy, plus my pencil sketchings aren't refined enough to be a finished product, so I always love seeing other people succeed where I can't XD
Haha, yeah. I keep meaning to get some kind of paypal or something, but have yet to broach the subject with my parents.

Yeah, I usually just working with drafting pens to get clean lines after a million messy pencil sketches. :D
lol, I've seen your art and it's totally bitchen. :D
Same, I just managed to convince my father to get me a mobile phone (I'm seventeen, btw) and I'd need to get paypal to get paid for the calendars so I don't even know if it's worth it. lol :D
